   Inusitado is a Portuguese brand of carefully produced stationery, handmade in
   our atelier and by selected partners. We ensure that every piece meets our
   standards of quality, design, and functionality.
   
   
2. Use of the Website
   The website content, including images, text, and design, is the property of
   Inusitado and protected by copyright.
   Use is permitted for browsing and purchasing products. Any unauthorised
   use, including reproduction or distribution, requires prior written consent.
   
   
3. Orders
   All orders are subject to availability.
   Customisation products are made according to the specifications provided
   by the customer.
   Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary and
   estimated delivery times.
   
   
4. Prices and Payment
   All prices shown include VAT at the applicable rate (when applicable).
   Payments can be made via the methods available at checkout.
   We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, except for
   orders already confirmed.
   
   
5. Shipping & Returns
   Full shipping and returns conditions can be found on our Shipping &
   Returns page.
   Customised or made-to-order products are non-returnable, except in the
   case of a manufacturing defect.
   
   
6. Warranty & Quality
   All products are checked before dispatch.
   As handmade items, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of
   each object’s identity and authenticity.
   
7. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
   In the event of a dispute, Portuguese law applies, and the courts of Porto
   will have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
