All materials and content provided on this site, including but not limited to images, illustrations, text, graphics, and videos, are the exclusive property of Inusitado. Copying, downloading, modifying, publishing, or distributing any content without prior written permission from Inusitado is strictly prohibited.
Data Protection and Privacy
Inusitado is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers. Access to this information is strictly limited to those responsible for processing and dispatching orders.
Shipping and Delivery
Inusitado ships worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the recipient's location and added to the product price.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed and dispatched from our studio within a maximum of 3 working days. After dispatch, delivery times vary depending on the destination:
· Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 working days
· Islands (Azores and Madeira): 2 to 15 working days
· Europe: 3 to 5 working days
· Rest of the World and USA: 5 to 8 working days
The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as delays by carriers or periods of higher shipping volume, such as festive seasons. Inusitado is not responsible for delays resulting from these circumstances but is committed to monitoring each order and providing updates as necessary.
In the event of a delivery delay, we will contact you to update the status of your order. If the delay exceeds 30 days and is not caused by factors attributable to the customer, the order may be cancelled.
Custom Products
Custom products have an estimated delivery time based on their production time. For a more accurate estimate, please contact us via email at hello@inusitado.pt.
Special Orders
For destinations not included in our shipping policy or for orders exceeding 2 kg destined for the Rest of the World and USA, please contact us in advance at hello@inusitado.pt.
Returns and Exchanges
Damaged Products in Transit
If a product is delivered damaged due to transit, the customer may request a refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs. The request must be made within 8 days of receiving the order. After the claim, Inusitado will handle the process with the carrier.
Order Errors
If the order contains an error, such as the wrong item, incorrect size, or incorrect quantity, Inusitado will correct the delivery at no additional cost to the customer.
Other Returns
For any other reason, the shipping costs associated with returns will be borne by the customer and will not be refunded.
Policy for Customers Outside the European Union
for customers outside the European Union, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to the application of customs duties, local taxes, and import charges.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled without charge prior to dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation will not be possible, and the return and exchange rules mentioned earlier will apply.

Limitation of Liability
Inusitado is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or any other situations arising from delivery delays, loss by the carrier, or additional customs and local tax costs.
